THE CARTESIAN PLAN WITH SCRATCH

 

This project aims to provide computer programming learning activities that are inclusive of the school curriculum.

More than 500 young people across Quebec are targeted by this program. The workshops are given in the classroom, in person or remotely in real time via a videoconferencing platform.

The theme of the workshops: Discover computer programming with the Cartesian plane.

READING PROJECT

Grandir Sans Frontières has implemented long-term projects aimed at developing reading skills among high school students by integrating the use of digital and technological tools.

On this occasion, learners made literary trailers about the book of their choice and made their own video.

  • More than 50 people attending adult education centers participated in this project for the 2018-2019 edition.

PRIMARY SCHOOL PROJECT

4 schools in Verdun benefited from free extracurricular sessions as part of this project. More than 160 young people participated in computer programming courses and technology workshops.
